GENERAL

Building Hours

Student hours for the school year are as follows:

Beverly High School   8:15 a.m. to   2:33 p.m.

Beverly Middle School   8:45 a.m. to   3:00 p.m.

Elementary Schools   7:50 a.m. to   2:00 p.m.

Full Day Kindergarten (all schools)   7:55 a.m. to   2:00 p.m.

 

Part-time Integrated Preschool Program @ McKeown

Session #1 (M, T, Th, F):   8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Session #2 (M, T, Th, F): 12:00 p.m. to   2:30 p.m.

 

Full-time Integrated Preschool @ McKeown

(M, T, W, Th, F): 8:15 a.m. to   1:15 p.m.

 

The early release schedule is as follows:

High School 12:33 p.m.

Middle School 12:15 p.m. (1:00 p.m. holidays)

Elementary Schools 12:00 p.m.

Full Day Kindergarten  12:00 p.m.

Intensive Preschool 11:00 a.m.  No PM Preschool

 

Teacher hours for the school year are as follows:

Beverly High School 8:00 a.m. to 2:48 p.m.

    • Note: Each teacher must designate two days per week when he/she will be available for 30 minutes beyond contractual hours.  This could be 2 afternoons or a combination of 1 afternoon and 1 morning. Friday teacher dismissal time is 2:33 p.m.

Beverly Middle School 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Elementary Schools 7:35 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Offices within the school district shall be open during the following hours:

District Office 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

High School 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Middle School 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Elementary Schools 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

 

Elementary offices are open during these specified hours (at least) during the 180 student days and four staff development days.  Middle and high school offices are open during the specified hours (at least) during the 180 student days, four staff development days, and on all other business days except those specified as holidays in the various collective bargaining agreements.
