Message from the Superintendent

We are off to a great start! Teachers are ready to receive their students and our buildings are looking great!

As I visited each school today, I reminded staff of our newly revised Mission and Vision for the district:
Vision: To Produce the Nation's Best
Mission: To Maximize Academic Achievement and Personal Growth for Every Student in Every Building.

This Vision and Mission will be guiding our Strategic Planning process in the months to come as we make some decisions about the future.

We will be spending the fall working in small committees to study various aspects of the district. I will be updating the community on the process periodically.

We are anticipating the move-in to the new High School during Thanksgiving week. This will necessitate a change in schedule for the High School Students only. Please check the "upcoming events" portion of the website for the schedule update.

We am looking forward to a great year working with your students!
