We will be continuing the “On-line” Emergency Form update for the 2012-2013 School Year which will include Ayers Ryal Side and Cove Elementary Schools and Beverly High School (as noted in the attached letter). This Online Emergency Form Update: Ayers Ryal Side, Cove, Beverly High School.
July 16 - August 10 will take place beginning on July 16th and run through August 10th.
This form must be completed by parent/guardian(s) of all Ayers Ryal Side and Cove Elementary School students by August 10th in order to receive their children's classroom assignments. All parent/guardian(s) of BHS students must complete this form by August 10th in order to register their children on August 13, 14, or 15th.
Should any parent/guardian not have access to a computer please contact Maddy August at 978-921-6100, Extension 748 and she will arrange computer access in the Memorial Building - Central Office located at 502 Cabot Street.
