Responsibilities for the Administration
of the Local Program of Interscholastic Athletics
The Principal of Beverly High School is specifically responsible for all activities that affect students in his/her building. It is imperative that he/she be involved with the operation of the athletic program. The director is responsible for the actual administration and mechanics of operation of the program. Any issues that may arise should follow the "chain of command" as illustrated in the diagram below. Issues should be handled at the lowest level possible to better serve the student-athlete.
