School and Community Support Project
The Beverly Public Schools is the recipient of the School and Community Support Project Grant, a joint venture funded by the Departments of Education and Social Services to provide supportive and preventative services to elementary and middle school children living in foster, adoptive, kinship and DSS involved settings. Support services include: training for educators, parents and DSS personnel; behavioral consultation including direct behavioral interventions to identified children and families; and social skills groups. Please either contact the Principal at your child’s school or call Emily Rockwell at 921-6100, ext. 747 if you are interested in hearing more about the grant or if throughout the year we may be of any help to you or your child.
