Feel free to visit our tech center without an appointment. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your MacBook is working perfectly. If you suspect any issues, do not hesitate to stop by. We provide assistance with general usage questions, software issues, and hardware repairs.

 

Please note that all components of your MacBook are covered under the AppleCare+ warranty. This warranty includes coverage for physical damage events such as liquid spills and cracked screens, with up to two incidents per year from the date of purchase. Replacement Accessories 
Lost/Stolen charges are not covered under warranty. Broken chargers are covered but will use one of your two yearly AppleCare+ Incidents. Below are online purchase options to replace a lost charger or to save an incident.

Third Party Chargers
While third-party chargers may offer cost savings, their reliability can vary. Amazon offers a variety of different brands that range in price, some with great reviews, and some not. We've found success with the brand Anker. Below are the types of power adapter and cable you need.
 
Macbook Air M2 / M3
- 30+ Watt USB C Power Adapter - If the wattage is too low the computer will drain faster than it charges
- USB C to MagSafe 3
Note: M2 and M3 model mac's can be also be charged using a USB C cable and the computer's USB C ports.
