EMPLOYMENT FORMS
After you are offered a new position with Beverly Public Schools, you must complete the appropriate new employee packet.  All forms must be submitted to the Human Resource Department. All forms must be completed before any payroll can be processed. Be sure to bring two (2) or more forms of ID to complete the CORI and I-9 Verification. Acceptable forms of ID are: Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or US Passport. 
 
 
BACKGROUND CHECK
Two mandatory elements of the onboarding process are the CORI review and fingerprinting. It is a condition of employment that all newly hired employees for all roles in the district be fingerprinted prior to the start of their new assignment. STATE ETHICS TRAINING
All new employees must complete the State Ethics Training. Returning staff must participate in the training every other year.
