Scan the QR code in your school's front office to enter a help ticket.
If you lost your badge, please email Annie Davidson and Jake Pike ASAP.
How do I get a key for my classroom?
Speak with your principal or your school's front office staff.
How do I let you know about any changes: address, name, school email?Complete the Employee Change Form that is located on the Employee Forms page. Name changes require supporting legal documentation such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree or Social Security document. Your legal name must be used for your BPS email address.
Who do I contact when I have a Student Teacher / Fellow / Pre-Practicum / Practicum student starting?
Ask the student to email Annie Davidson for required onboarding processes such as fingerprinting and backgrounds checks. The student cannot start or be in any school building until they have received an email from Annie letting them know they are all set.
I didn't receive payment for my stipend. What should I do?
- Check the payroll schedule on the Payroll page to see which payroll the stipend was to be paid (generally, December/May for 2 payment stipends; May for 1 payment).
- View your paycheck image in ESS to see if payment was made. You need to view the paycheck image which breaks out the paycheck by line item.
- If you received a stipend letter and then were not paid, please email your principal.
