Staff Absence Reporting

 
All district staff members are required to complete the Staff Absence Reporting Form. Please ensure you complete the form prior to 6:30 AM every day that you are absent. If you are going to be absent multiple consecutive days, you can submit one form noting the days you will be absent. This will give our substitute coordinator time to find a substitute for your position, if needed. If you do not complete the form prior to 6:30 AM, you must notify your immediate supervisor of your absence and complete the form for record keeping purposes.
 
The form should also be completed to cancel previously submitted time off requests.  This applies to requests submitted both online and via the paper Staff Absence Form.
